Quarantine Recipe 6- Dal o Beech Bharta.

Dal o Beech Bharta
Ingredients- 
Chanda Dal-100gms, Parwal seeds-1cup, Onion -1medium sized chopped, Garlic-7 to 8 cloves, Ginger-chopped 2 tsp, Green chilies- 5 to 6 chopped, Mustard seeds-2tbsp, Aniseed-1/2 tsp , Mustard oil -4tbsp, Salt -to taste, Water as per requirement, Dry red chilli-2pcs, Coriander leaves as per choice.

Method- 
Soak chana dal in water over night,
Blend the parwal seeds in blender and keep aside, 
Now blend the chana dal and keep in a separate bowl,
Next blend the mustard seeds with chilli and make a smooth paste,
Now put a kadhai on gas and heat oil add aniseed , whole red chilli,after it crackle add chopped onion, ginger, garlic to fry ,till turn into pinkish colour,
Now add chana dal paste and parwal seeds paste together,
Add salt,sugar, mustard paste add water if needed,
Fry it till done,
Lastly sprinkle coriander leaves and raw mustard oil on it,
Serve it with steam rice.
