GANDHARAJI MUTTON:-
INGREDIENTS-
- MUTTON-250GMS,
- CURD-50GMS,
- SALT AND SUGAR- TO TASTE,
- WHITE OIL-50 GMS,
- GINGER PASTE-2 TBSP,
- TURMERIC POWDER- 2 TSP,
- GREEN CHILLI PASTE-2 TBSP,
- JEERA POWDER-4 TSP.
- KAYFE LEAVES-10-12,
- KAYFE ZEST- 1/2 CUP,
- KAYFE JUICE-1CUP.
METHOD-
FIRSTLY, MARINATE MUTTON WITH GINGER PASTE,
CURD AND CHILLI PASTE;
KEEP ASIDE FOR 30-40 MINUTES.NOW,TAKE A PAN
HEAT OIL & ADD THE MARINATED MUTTON TO IT.
ALONG WITH TURMERIC POWDER,SALT,JEERA
POWDER,SUGAR.
MIX
TILL THE MASALA COOKS WELL . NOW ADD WATER AND COVER TILL COOKED. L
ASTLY, ADD JUICE,ZEST AND LEAVES OF KAYFE
COVER AGAIN TILL THE FLAVOURS SEEP IN THE MUTTON.
