GANDHARAJI MUTTON:-

INGREDIENTS- 


  1. MUTTON-250GMS,
  2. CURD-50GMS,
  3. SALT AND SUGAR- TO TASTE,
  4. WHITE OIL-50 GMS,
  5. GINGER PASTE-2 TBSP,
  6. TURMERIC POWDER- 2 TSP,
  7. GREEN CHILLI PASTE-2 TBSP,
  8. JEERA POWDER-4 TSP.
  9.  KAYFE LEAVES-10-12,
  10.  KAYFE ZEST- 1/2 CUP,
  11.  KAYFE JUICE-1CUP.

METHOD-

FIRSTLY, MARINATE MUTTON WITH GINGER PASTE, CURD AND CHILLI PASTE;
KEEP ASIDE FOR 30-40 MINUTES.NOW,TAKE A PAN HEAT OIL & ADD THE MARINATED MUTTON TO IT.
ALONG WITH TURMERIC POWDER,SALT,JEERA POWDER,SUGAR.
 MIX TILL THE MASALA COOKS WELL . NOW ADD WATER AND COVER TILL COOKED. L
ASTLY, ADD JUICE,ZEST AND LEAVES OF KAYFE COVER AGAIN TILL THE FLAVOURS SEEP IN THE MUTTON.

SERVE HOT WITH STEAMED RICE.
