Murg Tawa Kebab

Ingredients-
Boneless chicken-300gms, Ginger paste- 1tbsp, Garlic paste- 1tbsp, Onion paste- 4tbsp, Roasted garam masala powder- 2tsp, Red chilli powder- 1tsp, Green chilli paste- 1tsp, Roastes jeera powder- 1tsp, Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp, Hung curd- 50 gms, Fresh cream-4 tbsp, Sattoo- 1tbsp, Besan- 2tbsp, Salt- to taste, Soyabean oil- 2tsp for marination, Ghee- 4tsp, Charcoal and Cloves for smoking the kebabs.

Method-
Marinate the boneless chicken with all the ingredients except ghee and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Take a bowl; add burning charcoal, cloves and ghee in it. Keep this bowl amidst the marinated chicken and cover with a lid to let the smoke be absorbed for 10 minutes.
Now, take a grill tawa and put some ghee on it and fry the kebabs till tender.
Serve with your favourite chutney, paratha or naan.
