Mango Jelly Sandesh

Ingredients-
1. Mango- 1/2 kg
2. Sugar- 6 tbsp
3. Cornflour- 1/4 cup
4. Water- 1 cup
5. Coconut powder- 1/2 cup
6. Pistachio- 10 to 12 cut into shavings
7. Dessicated coconut- 50 gms

Method-
1. Peel the mangoes and chop into small pieces.
2. Grind those pieces into a smooth paste. Strain it to remove any small pieces.
3. Heat a pan. Pour mango paste into it and add sugar, cornflour, and water. 
4. Cook this paste until it thickens. 
5. Grease 4 ramekins or small ceramic bowls with oil.
6. Bring the mango paste to room temperature and pour it into the 4 greased bowls. Refrigerate this for 4 hours.
7. Demould these jelly sandesh and sprinkle them with desiccated coconut powder.
8. Garnish it with pistachio shavings and serve it chilled.
