Beetroot Halwa
Ingredients:
Beetroot- 2 large ones, Khoya- 100 gms, Brown sugar- 100 gms, Wheat flour- 25 gms, Cashew- 1 tbsp, Raisin paste- 1 tbsp, Ghee- 2 tbsp, Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp, Dry fruits for decoration.

Method-
First boil the beetroot and make a paste of it.
Heat a pan and add ghee to it. Add the beetroot paste to it and sauté it.
In another pan roast the wheat flour and keep aside.
Add khoya to the beetroot paste followed by brown sugar. Then add roasted wheat flour, cashew, raisin paste, cardamom powder to it and cook for 15 minutes.
Lastly add dry fruits as per requirement and serve it hot with Luchi or Poori.
