Beetroot Salad

Ingredients-
Beetroot- 2 medium sized, Paneer-100gms, Corn- 50gms, Crushed black pepper- 2 tsp, Mixed herbs- 1 tsp, Olive oil- 2 tsp, Sliced onion- 2 medium sized, Chopped ginger- 2 tsps, Minced garlic- 2 tsps, Salt to taste, Mayonnaise & Kasundi- for garnishing.

Method-
Boil and slice the beetroot.
Cut the paneer into small finger sized pieces.
Add olive oil to a grill pan and sauté the paneer pieces. After it toasts a little and onion, garlic and ginger.
Now add the beetroot slices to this along with corn.
Toss it all with the addition of salt, mixed herbs and black pepper.
Take it off the flame; garnish with mayonnaise and kasundi.
Serve it warm with garlic bread.
