Quarantine Recipe 7- Prawn Pakora

Prawn Pakora
Ingredients-
Shrimps-200gms, Onion-2 medium sized chopped, Green chillies- 2 to 3 chopped, Chana dal- 50 gms, Ginger & garlic paste- 2 tsp, Red chilli powder- 2 tsp, Turmeric powder- 2 tsp, Garam masala powder- 2 tsp, Roasted cumin and coriander powder- 2 tsp, Rice flour- 2 tbsp, Dry mango powder-2 tsp, Salt- to taste, Mustard oil- for frying.

Method-
Blend chana dal and green chilli together in a blender. Keep aside.
Clean the shrimps well. Add the blended chana dal and chilli paste, chopped onion, ginger & garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, roasted cumin & coriander powder, rice flour, dry mango powder and mix well into a dough. 
To this mixture add salt as per taste and make small balls out of the dough.
Heat mustard oil in a kadhai/wok and fry these prawn pakoras until well done.
Serve this snack with tea or coffee.
