Soya Chilli
Ingredients-
1.Soyabean- 100 gms (Boiled in water with 1/2 tsp. if salt)
2. White Oil- 2 tbsp.
3. Cumin Powder- 1 tbsp.
4. Coriander Powder- 1 tbsp.
5. Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp.
6. Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp.
7. Pepper Powder- 1 tsp.
8. Bellpepper - 1/2 cup/cut into cubes (Both red and green ones)
9. Onion- 2 medium sized (cut in cubes)
10. Vinegar- 1/2 cup
11. Soya Sauce- 4 tbsp.
12. Chilli Sauce- 2 tsp.
13. Tomato Sauce- 2 tsp.
14. Tomato- 2 medium sized (cut in cubes)
15. Corn Flour- 2 tsp.
16. Ginger & Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp.
17. Salt & Sugar- to taste.
Method-
1. In a bowl marinate the pre-boiled soyabean with all the spices and mix well.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry these marinated soya chunks.
3. Add all cut vegetables one by one and mix them well.
4. Add all the sauces one after the other and stir till it comes together.
5. Add a little water if needed.
6. Add corn flour slurry to make it a thick gravy, if required.
It's ready to be served !!
