Sewayi Custard Falooda

Ingredients-
Ghee- 1tsp, Sewayi- 1/2 cup, Milk- 1litre, Sugar-2/3 cup, Custard Powder-3 tbsp, Milk- 1/2 cup ( for mixing the custard powder), Saffron-1/4 tsp, Tutti Fruity-2 tbsp, Chopped Apple-2 tbsp, Pomegranate-2 tbsp, Chopped Almond-2 tbsp, Chopped Pistachio-2 tbsp, Cherry- for garnish.

Method-
Heat ghee on a pan and roast the sewayi in it till brown. Keep it aside.
Bring the milk to boil in a separate pan, mix saffron strands and roasted sewayi with it. Keep on continuously stirring this mixture.
Mix the custard powder with 1/2 cup milk and make this a smooth paste without lumps.
Then mix this custard slurry with the sewayi mixture. 
Lastly add sugar to this mixture and stir until it turns creamy.
Refrigerate this mixture for 2 hours.
Take a separate serving cup, and layer the dish as-
Tutti fruity , 1/4 cup sewayi custard, pomegranate and 1/4 cup sewayi custard.
Now add chopped apple, almond and pistachio as the top layer.
Add cherry on top of this and serve it chilled.
