Quarantine Recipe 1- Masaledar Paratha.
Masaledar Paratha:
Ingredients-
Refined flour- 500gms, Kasuri meethi-1 tbsp, Ajwain- 1/2 tbsp, Roasted jeera powder-1 tbsp, Red chilli powder-1tbsp, Aamchur powder-2 tbsp, Refined oil- 1/2 cup, Dahi- 1/2cup, Baking powder- 1/2 tsp, Salt- to taste, Water- as per need.
Method-
Knead a smooth dough with flour, all the spices, dahi, baking powder, salt and a teaspoon of oil.
Allow it to rest for half an hour.
Then make balls and roll into triangular shaped parathas.
Fry with oil and serve either with onion and chillies.
This can also be served with raita or a pickle of your choice.
During these times creating a dish with whatever available is the main moto.
