Recipe No.7- DATE PRAWN


INGREDIENTS-
PRAWN(MEDIUM SIZE):8-10 PCS;
DATE:6-7PCS;
CURD:1/4CUP;
RED CHILI POWDER:1 TABLESPOON, 
CUMIN POWDER - 2 TABLE SPOON,
 TURMERIC POWDER -LITTLE AMOUNT, 
SALT AND OIL AS PER REQUIREMENT, 
LIME LEAVE - FEW, 
GINGER PASTE - 1 TEASPOON, 
MAIDA - 1/2 TEASPOON.



METHOD :
 1. FIRST DIP THE DATES IN WATER FOR 5 MINUTES THEN TAKE OUT THE SEED FROM IT AND MAKE PULP BY GRINDING IN MIXER, STRAIN IT.

2. THEN DE-VEIN THE PRAWN AND WASH IT PROPERLY AND MARINATE IT WITH MAIDA, GINGER PASTE, CHILI POWDER AND SALT FOR TEN MINUTES.

3. PUT THE KADAI ON THE STOVE AND HEAT THE OIL, THEN GIVE THE MARINATE PRAWN MIXTURE TO IT AND STIR IT PROPERLY, STILL THE OIL COME OUT. IF NEEDED ADD LITTLE AMOUNT OF WATER IN IT.

4. WHEN IT START BOILING AND THE DATE - PULP IN IT AND CUMIN POWDER ALSO. THEN STIR TO MIX IT NICELY.

5. LASTLY, ADD LIME LEAVE TO GET THE BEAUTIFUL FLAVOUR.


6. AFTER DECORATION SERVE IT WITH JEERA RICE.
