SWEET AND SPICY GRILLED BHAV NAGARI MIRCH WITH PEANUT DIP


INGREDIENTS-
  • BHAV NAGARI MIRCH: 4 NOS.
  • GARLIC PASTE-2 TBSP.
  • KISSAN SWEET AND SPICY SAUCE-50 GMS.
  • LIME JUICE-30 ML.
  • GREEN CHILLI PASTE-20 GMS.
  • CORNFLOUR-60 GMS.
  • ROASTED WALNUT-50 GMS.
  • BESAN-50 GMS.
  • SALT-TO TASTE
  • OLIVE OIL-100 GM
  • CURD CHEESE-1/2 TSP
  • AJWAIN-50 GMS.



PEANUT DIP: PEANUTS-50 GM, LEMON JUICE-2 TBSP., KISSAN SWEET AND SPICY SAUCE-20 
GM, COCONUT MILK-1 CUP, RED CURRY PASTE-2 TSP., SALT & POWDERED SUGAR -TO TASTE.

METHOD:

1. WASH , SLIT , AND DE-SEED BHAV NAGARI MIRCH

2. IN A BOWL MIX GARLIC PASTE, KISSAN SWEET & SPICY SAUCE,LIME JUICE,GREEN CHILLI 

PASTE,ROASTED AND GROUND WALNUT,SALT,CURD CHEESE; MIX WELL .

3. FILL THE DE-SEEDED MIRCH WITH THIS PASTE.

4. MIX CORNFLOUR,BESAN, WATER, SALT TO MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER.

5. GRILL THE MIRCH NOW ON A GRILL AND KEEP ASIDE.

PEANUT DIP:

MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND ADD SALT AND POWDERED SUGAR ACCORDING TO TASTE; 

TILL A SMOOTH DIP IS READY.

**SERVE THE SWEET AND SPICY BHAV NAGARI MIRCH WITH THE PEANUT DIP.
